For candidates who successfully complete our rigorous four-stage application process, we provide a 90-day training program that involves one-on-one mentorship and the opportunity to develop skills in a professional recruiting agency setting.

On completion of your 90-day training, you will have acquired the skills and knowledge to:
- Grow your own business as a recruiter
- Join the team of professional recruiters at Advanced Recruiting Academy
- Recruit for a corporation or agency
- You will have the opportunity to take on real recruiting projects.
- If a candidate you identified and interviewed is hired by one of our clients, you will be paid a 25% commission upon receiving payment.
- If you are hired as an employee of ARA, you will receive a base salary and a highly competitive commission structure.
Over 90 days, we ask that you commit a minimum of 15 hours a week to training in our office. We will work with your schedule so that you can work while training, or meet other responsibilities.

We are looking for strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate tenacity and positive attitude.
Do you have the interpersonal communication skills to be a good recruiter? Visit our downtown St. Petersburg office to meet the team, and to see if we are a good fit for each other.
As written communication skills are crucial to a recruiter’s success, we will ask you to complete some in-office, computer-based writing tests.
